As a junior copywriter, I wasn’t given many video assignments, so I made the most out of the opportunities I received. At the Woodward Dream Cruise, the largest one-day automotive event just miles from Ford’s headquarters, we created this spectacle for all in attendance. Every 60 seconds, the wheel would spin, with a smoke machine billowing into the air.
Ford Field, home to the Detroit Lions, sits right in Ford Motor Company’s backyard. This was among my first projects out of school at JWT Detroit, and the ask was simple: create a billboard that was more than a billboard, and could fight for the attention of fans focused on football.
